NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 23, 2013, in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001540 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Stephen A. Harrison, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby of the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 3, Village West, a condominium, and an undivided share In the common elements appurtenant thereto In accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, tenns, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded In Official Record Book 1174, pages 1293 through 1353, inclusive, of the Public Records of Colller County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
