Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 112009CA0078920001XX, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and SHARON D. KING A/K/A SHARON DILL KING A/K/A SHARON DILL LYON A/K/A SHARON LYON, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK E, SOUTH TAMIAMI HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of July, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
