NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 112008CA0023130001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, ESTATE OF JAMES PONTE, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 821 OF ISLAND WALK, PHASE FOUR, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 35 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
