UNIT NO. 204, VANDERBILT VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1437, PAGES128-212, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Commonly known as: 509 Roma Court, #204, Naples, Florida 34110
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. (EST), on the 24 day of July, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
