NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000796 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2002QS12 was the Plaintiff and MAUREEN R. PETERSEN, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 49, NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
