NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 112007CA0033170001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS,INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-21 is the Plaintiff and NINA M. CAMPBELL; ROBERT D. CAMPBELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 145, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
