NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 24, and entered in Case No. 1002836CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, is Plaintiff, and DONALD H. KOLB, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36 OF CYPRESS WOODS ESTATES PLAT #2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S)30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THAT PORTION OF VACATED 12TH STREET NORTH AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION NO. 2000-74 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2658, PAGE 1273, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
