Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, and entered in 2009 CA 001355 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMEN TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and PATRICK J. PURSLOW; MARY ANN BONARD; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #IN/K/A TATUM PURSLOW are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK F, OF SORRENTO GARDENS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
