and any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose names and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the Said Defendant(s) either of them, who are not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit G-104, ST. MORITZ CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1336 at Pages 1690 through 1748, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with all appurtenances to the unit including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each unit therein.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: MATTHEW G. PETRA, Esq. (JB) Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A., 12140 Carissa Commerce Court Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33966, Primary: [email protected] on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
