NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-3312-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Waterways at Naples Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Jack Minashi, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on July 24, 2013 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 216, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SEVEN, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 72 through 77, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A 1099 Port Orange Way, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
