THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 112, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 90, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: DESOTO BLVD & 32ND AVE RD., NAPLES, FL 34117; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
