YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 1306, Building 13, of Vista III at Heritage Bay, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4322, Page 3638, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MARK H. MULLER, Esq., whose address is Mark H. Muller, P.A., 5150 Tamiami Trail N., Suite 300, Naples, Florida 34103, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
