Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, and entered in 112008CA0100980001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and STELLA M. VIEIRA; FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STELLA M. VIEIRA; PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 724, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARARTION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGE 4006 THOUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 159.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
