Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, and entered in 13 00595 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARK WERNHAM A/K/A MARK L. WERNHAM; RACHELLE WERNHAM A/K/A RACHELLE WERNHAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
