Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2013, and entered in 1102892CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER GUSTAFSON; SAPPHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATE; JASPER AT SAPPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8011, JASPER AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2559, PAGE 2848, AS AMENDED ON O.R. BOOK 2583, PAGE 1223, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
