Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-000893 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS2, is the Plaintiff and LITA FITZGERALD; ROBERT F. FITZGERALD; CHARLESTON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202, IN BUILDING NO. 3, CHARLESTON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2401, PAGE 1615, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
