notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 11 3768 CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, National Association, as Successor by Merger to National City Mortgage, a Division of National City Bank is the plaintiff, and AARON L. HUBBELL, et al are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 22, 2013, the following described property situated in Collier County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
