NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-4969-CA of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, Collier County, Florida, The Office of Dwight D. Brock will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 24 day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 240 OF SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
