NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007981, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and RUBEN GUADALUPE; LEONARDA GUADALUPE; PROBUILD EAST LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO THE CONTRACTOR YARD LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF COX LUMBER CO. D/B/A HD SUPPLY LUMBER & BUILDING MATERIALS; THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; and GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in COLLIER County, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH ½ OF TRACT 66 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
