NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25, June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-01614-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Roy T. Haase, Jeffrey J. Oshona, Bank of America, N.A., Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey J. Oshona n/k/a Sharon Oshona, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Mary Jane Peterson, Unknown Spouse of Roy T. Haase, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 47, BLOCK 25, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
