NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25, June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002671 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Martin Rovan, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Suzanna Schieneman, The Unknown Spouse of Martin Rovan n/k/a Barbara Scheneman, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24 day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 126, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THETREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 105 AND 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 110 1ST STREET SOUTHWEST, NAPLES, FL 34117
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
