Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
SOUTH 100 FEET OF NORTH 300 FEET OF WEST 200 FEET OF SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 583, PAGE 1727, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, County, Florida at 11:00 AM, on July 22, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
