THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 61, UNIT 90, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 29, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 2681 Desoto Blvd S Naples, FL 34117
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, County, Florida at 11:00 AM, on July 24, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
