NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-004006, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA7, is Plaintiff, THEODORE SCHAAP, DONNA M. SCHAAP; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 169, MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 130 CHANNEL COURT, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
