NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause of action in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
3716 17th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, more particularly described as:
Lot 29, Block A, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 14 and 15, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (“the Property),
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with the said Final Judgment and with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 31, 2013, at 11 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
