NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011CA006780 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jason T. Lynd; Unknown Spouse of Jason T. Lynd; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, BUTTERFIELD MANOR, FIRST SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
