UNIT 2-4, PHASE 1, SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, PAGES 7150, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2033, PAGE 1795, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2035, PAGE 2821, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGES 96, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGE 82, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
