NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004461, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-13, is Plaintiff and JOEL CHAVEZ; EULOGIA CHAVEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 11, BLOCK B, W.C. JERNIGAN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
