NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006951 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-1 was the Plaintiff and EARL S. COVINGTON, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, WAGNER'S CLEAR VIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER, WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
