NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA007926AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., is the Plaintiff and DAVID JOE ELLIS A/K/A DAVID J. ELLIS A/K/A DAVID ELLIS; CHERYL A. ELLIS A/K/A CHERYL ELLIS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
