IACOPETTI; CFSB, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (11800 SPECTRUM CENTER, RESTON, VA 20190) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (701 EAST 60TH STREET NORTH, SIOUX FALLS, SD 57104) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA; EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
