Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-008446, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and EDITH COLTON, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 10, BLOCK A, PALMETTO GARDENS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 50 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
