NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004369 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-WM1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM1, Plaintiff and Billy Ray Phillips a/k/a Billy R. Phillips are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, OF HUNTER'S GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 116-119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
