Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 19, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
