Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 19, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 6302, SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 1688, PAGE 6320, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 122-128, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
