Lot 236, of the unrecorded plat of PALM TERRACE ESTATES, being a portion of Tract 18 of Port Richey Land Company Subdivision of Section 15, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of Lot 206 of Palm Terrace Estates, Unit 7, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 41 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence along the Easterly extension of the South line of said Lot 206, South 89°30'03” East, a distance of 134 feet, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00°14'26” East, a distance of 60 feet; thence South 89°30'03” East a distance of 85.07 feet; thence South 00°14'53” West, a distance of 60 feet; thence North 89°30'03” West, a distance of 85.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Dr., Tampa, Florida 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
