NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-00933 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Patricia Middleton, Roy Middleton, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Jason Galoo, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Cara Branson, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
