NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015965 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff MARIA W. BARROSO; SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; ALEXANDER BARROSO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2313, BUILDING NO. 2, SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIIUM RECORDS IN INSTRUMENT #2004247151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA AND FURTHER IDENTIFIED BY DEED OF RECORD FILED MARCH 16, 2005 UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005053103 BY THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
