NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 002570 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BARBARA G GROESCHEL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK BB, PLAT OF AVION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 112 AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL., LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LAND DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2675, PAGE 228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
