NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014453 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ADRION TURNER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, AND DEVISEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEAN SHELTON, DECEASED and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, AND THE WEST 16.66 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK B, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
