NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 015696 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA. is the Plaintiff GEORGE BOBKA; NATIONAL CITY BANK; SYLVIA BOBKA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 1, HOLIDAY HARBOR UNIT NO. 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 96, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, less the following:
Commence at the NW corner of Lot 1, HOLIDAY HARBOR UNIT NO. 2, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 96, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 37 deg 57' East along the South line of North Holiday Drive, 50 feet; thence 55.62 feet along curve to the right with a radius of 59.85 feet to the point of said curve for a Point of Beginning; thence South 88 deg 48'38” East, 135.57 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 1; thence South 14 deg 46'38” East, 78.6 feet to the seawall along Holiday Bayou; thence Southwesterly along seawall 93 feet to a point lying South 31 deg 04'08” East from the Point of Beginning; thence North 31 deg 04'08” West, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
