HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-OP1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and SCLINDA S. JEFFERSON A/K/A SCLINDA KENNEDY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

CONTAINING A 1.713 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. SUBJECT TO A 50.0' WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 29, AT PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
