NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017811 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA DBA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and SPENCER L. ROLLINS; MELANI ROLLINS A/K/A MELANIE ROLLINS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 738, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
