NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018229 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-3. is the Plaintiff and RAY SIMMERS A/K/A RAY W. SIMMERS; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMNEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY SIMMERS A/K/A RAY W. SIMMERS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-102, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DELCARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2004247846, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2004247847, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
