NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-011817-NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS5 was the Plaintiff and DEBRA M. MASCOLINO, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 22, BLOCK “C”, PLAT NO. 2 OF NORTH VAMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
