Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 008680 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 15TH day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 643, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
