NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006121-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AB1 is the Plaintiff and WENDY J. WERNER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY J. WERNER N/K/A KIRK BRYSON; WATERSIDE EAST NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEN MELBER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANNE MELBER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
