ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and RAFAIL KURBANOV; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAIL KURBANOV N/K/A ANA DANILEVSKYA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 07/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
