NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001069 SC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB7, Plaintiff and JEAN ROBERT CASTOR, ROSELINE JOSEPH; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM on this September 19th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
