NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000158 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RONALD S. MCCOY A/K/A RONALD STEPHEN MCCOY; IBERIABANK F/K/A CENTURY BANK, FSB; TABATHA D. MCCOY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, OF SPRING OAKS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 47-47C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
